At Biglilpeople, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. Most products purchased from our website are eligible for returns within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact

Certain categories are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Swimwear
  • Innerwear
  • Jewelry & accessories
  • Food or edible products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us immediately and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

How do I place a return request?

You can place a return request within 15 days of receiving your order by visiting the “My Orders” section on our website.

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select the item you wish to return
  4. Choose the reason for return
  5. Confirm your pickup address and request submission

Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address.

How do I exchange or replace an item?

Currently, Biglilpeople does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return request for the original product separately.

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

What items are not eligible for return?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear
  • Innerwear
  • Jewelry & accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Food products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered items

Can I return multiple items from the same order separately?

Yes, eligible items from the same order can be returned separately within the return window. However, each item can only be requested for return once through the website or app.

Can I return products purchased during sale periods?

Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance Sale,” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Other sale items may still be eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned otherwise on the product page.

Why am I unable to place a return request online?

You may be unable to place a return request if:

  • The return window of 15 days has expired
  • The item is marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • A return request has already been submitted for that item
  • The order has not yet been delivered
  • The product category is ineligible for return

Why did the pickup of my return fail?

Our delivery partners generally make up to three pickup attempts.

A pickup may fail if:

  • The item was unavailable at the pickup location
  • The packaging was incomplete
  • The pickup address or contact details were incorrect
  • The item did not meet return eligibility conditions

Do I need the original packaging to return a product?

Yes. Products should ideally be returned in their original packaging with tags, labels, dust bags, boxes, and any complimentary items included.

Returns without proper packaging may not pass quality checks and could be rejected.

What happens after my returned product is picked up?

Once your return is picked up, the item will undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse.

After successful verification:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive confirmation via email or SMS

Please note that bank processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

The refund may appear under the name:
“Biglilpeople Private Limited" or "Biglilpeople Pvt Ltd”

Will shipping charges also be refunded?

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received was incomplete

In such cases, the full amount including shipping charges will be refunded.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund wherever applicable.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return according to our return policy.

What if my refund has not reflected yet?

If your refund has been processed but has not appeared in your account:

  • Please check your bank statement carefully
  • Allow additional processing time depending on your bank

What if my return request is rejected?

A return request may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • The return request was made outside the return window
  • The item belongs to a non-returnable category

In such cases, the product may be shipped back to you.

What if I want to return my order due to a change of mind or change of plans?

We understand that plans can change. However, returns and refunds are only accepted when they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy.

Requests made for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • No longer required
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Found a better price elsewhere
  • Delayed personal plans or events
  • Incorrect size, colour, or style selected by the customer
  • Preference changes after delivery
