Cancellations Policy
At Biglilpeople, we understand that plans can change after an order is placed. We strive to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible while ensuring your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our fulfilment center. Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled through the website, mobile site, or by our customer support team.
If your order has already been shipped, you may choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Once the shipment is returned to our warehouse and successfully verified, the applicable refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
For prepaid orders, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation or after the returned shipment is received and verified. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it directly through your Biglilpeople account.
To cancel your order:
- Log into your Biglilpeople account.
- Navigate to the Orders section.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on Order Details.
- Select Cancel Order.
- Choose the reason for cancellation (if prompted).
- Confirm your cancellation request.
Once your cancellation request has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
If the cancellation option is unavailable, it usually means your order has already been processed for shipment.
Why can't I cancel my order from the website or app?
The cancellation option is automatically disabled once your order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
Since the shipment is already in transit, it cannot be recalled or cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, you may:
- Refuse to accept the delivery when our courier partner attempts delivery.
- Accept the order and place a return request later if the product is eligible under our Returns Policy.
For prepaid orders that are refused at delivery, refunds are initiated only after the shipment is returned to our warehouse and successfully verified.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes. Shipping addresses can only be modified if the order has not yet been shipped from our fulfilment center.

Our team will confirm the update if the order is still eligible for modification.
Can I modify products, sizes, colours or quantities after placing an order?
Currently, products, sizes, colours, quantities, billing details, or payment methods cannot be modified once an order has been placed.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we recommend cancelling the order and placing a new order with the correct details.
Once an order has been dispatched, modifications are unfortunately not possible.
I accidentally placed an order. What should I do?
If you've accidentally placed an order, we recommend cancelling it immediately through your account before it is shipped.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made using:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days from the date your cancellation is confirmed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the amount reflects in your account.
Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my order?
Yes. Eligible cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
However, please note:
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation occurred due to an error on our part.
- Promotional coupons, reward points, gift vouchers, or discount codes used during checkout may not be reinstated after cancellation.
- Any cashback offered by third-party payment partners is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
Can Cash on Delivery (COD) orders be cancelled?
Yes.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can also be cancelled before shipment through your Biglilpeople account.
If the order has already been shipped, you may simply refuse delivery when it reaches your doorstep.
Please note that repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
What happens if Biglilpeople cancels my order?
In certain rare situations, Biglilpeople may cancel an order due to reasons such as:
- Product becoming unavailable
- Inventory mismatch
- Payment verification failure
- Technical or pricing errors
- Incomplete or unverifiable shipping information
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements
If your prepaid order is cancelled by us, the entire amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
You will also receive an email or SMS confirming the cancellation.
Can I cancel only part of my order?
If your order contains multiple products, partial cancellation may be available only before shipment, depending on the order status.
If the option is available in your account, you may cancel only the specific item(s) you no longer require.

What if I changed my mind after placing the order?
We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges can only be processed in accordance with our published Cancellation and Returns Policy.
Requests arising solely due to a change of mind, personal preference, delayed requirement, duplicate purchase, or any other reason that does not meet the eligibility criteria under our policy may not be accommodated.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, delivery timelines, and order summaries before completing their purchase.
What if my refund has not reflected in my bank account?
If your refund has already been processed but is not yet visible in your account:
- Allow the complete processing time mentioned in your refund confirmation.
- Check your latest bank statement carefully.
- Search for the transaction under Biglilpeople Private Limited or Biglilpeople Pvt. Ltd..
- Contact your bank or payment provider to confirm whether the refund is pending at their end.
