How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your Hopscotch account. View the ‘Order Details’ of the order you want to cancel and tap ‘Cancel’.

Why can’t I cancel my order from the app/website?

Once the order has left our fulfilment center, it can’t be cancelled from the app/website. You can reject the order when the delivery is attempted at your doorstep. If the payment for the order is made online, refund shall be initiated post rejection of the order at customer's end. It will reflect in the bank account within 5-7 business days post rejection under the name "K&N Enterprises".

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, we can modify the shipping address only if your order hasn’t left our fulfilment center. Please email your order number and new shipping address to info@biglilpeople.comwith the subject line “Update shipping address for my order”.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit/Debit Card/Netbanking, you will receive your refund to the source account within 5-7 days from the time you cancel your order.

What is Biglilpeople’s cancellation policy?

Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment center can be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment center, you can refuse to accept it and send it back with the courier. Once our courier partner confirms the cancellation we’ll refund your order amount into the original source of payment if paid Online. Refund will hit your bank account in 3 to 5 business days under the name of K&N Enterprises. We always recommend you to check your bank statement. Your patience is highly appreciated.
