Where is my order?

You can easily track your order through your Biglilpeople account.

To check your order status:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Visit the “Orders” section

  3. Select the order you wish to track

  4. Tap on “Track” next to the product

Once your order is shipped, you will also receive an SMS and/or email containing tracking details and courier partner information.

You can additionally track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking link shared with you.

What do different order statuses mean?

Here’s what your order status may indicate:

  • Order Confirmed – Your order has been successfully placed

  • Processing – Your order is being packed and prepared for dispatch

  • Shipped – Your package has left our fulfilment center

  • Out for Delivery – Your package is with the courier partner for final delivery

  • Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered

  • Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled successfully

  • Returned to Origin (RTO) – The shipment is being returned to our fulfilment center

What is a Pre-Order product?

Pre-order products are items that can be reserved before they are ready for immediate dispatch.

This usually applies to selected domestic and international collections that require additional procurement or production time.

The advantage of pre-orders is that they allow us to offer:

  • A wider range of curated products

  • Exclusive styles and collections

  • Better pricing and availability

Estimated delivery timelines for pre-order items are mentioned on the respective product pages and may range between 4 to 5 weeks, depending on vendor location and production timelines.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally dispatch orders within the timeline mentioned on the product page.

Estimated delivery dates depend on several factors, including:

  • Product availability

  • Vendor or warehouse location

  • Delivery destination and pincode

  • Courier partner serviceability

  • Public holidays or operational delays

You can check the expected delivery date anytime under the “Orders” section of your Biglilpeople account.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier disruptions

  • High order volumes

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Public holidays or unforeseen operational issues

To check the latest status and revised delivery timeline:

  1. Visit the “Orders” section

  2. Select your order

  3. Tap “Track” to view real-time updates

If your order appears delayed for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.

Why can’t I track my order even though it has been shipped?

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipment has been dispatched.

If your tracking link is not updating immediately, we recommend checking again after some time.

Can I schedule delivery at a specific time?

Specific delivery time slots are generally not guaranteed, as deliveries are managed by third-party courier partners.

However, once your order is out for delivery, you may coordinate directly with the courier executive to check whether a preferred delivery time is possible.

Please note that this depends entirely on the courier partner’s schedule and operational feasibility.

I missed my delivery attempt. What should I do?

If you are unavailable during delivery:

  • The courier partner may contact you via call or SMS

  • You may receive options for rescheduling or reattempt requests

  • You can also track and manage delivery attempts through the “Track” option in your account

Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.

If all attempts fail, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment center.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the shipment is received back and verified.

Unfortunately, returned shipments cannot be re-delivered. You may place a fresh order based on product availability.

My order status shows “Out for Delivery,” but I haven’t received it yet.

Orders marked “Out for Delivery” are usually delivered within the same day, depending on the courier route and delivery schedule.

The courier executive may contact you before delivery. Please keep your phone accessible and check your SMS/email updates regularly.

If the delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact the courier partner or our support team.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout in the “Order Summary” section.

You will also be notified about:

  • Free shipping eligibility

  • Minimum order value required for free shipping

  • Any applicable delivery charges based on location or order value

Shipping fees may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product category

  • Order value

  • Ongoing promotional offers

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available on eligible orders above a specified minimum cart value.

Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the cart or checkout page.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, Biglilpeople delivers only within India.

However, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping services internationally in the future.

Can I open the package before accepting delivery?

As per courier policies, packages cannot be opened before accepting delivery.

If you have any concerns regarding the product after receiving the shipment, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Why was my order returned to your fulfilment center?

Orders may be returned back to our fulfilment center due to the following reasons:

  • Package damaged during transit

  • Delivery refused by the recipient

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Delivery location inaccessible to courier partner

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct before placing an order.

Once a shipment is returned to us, the same package cannot be re-delivered.

If payment was already made online, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days after verification.

You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is initiated.

You may place a new order for the same or similar item subject to stock availability.

My order shows as “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

Please first check with:

  • Family members

  • Neighbours

  • Friends or roommates

  • Security guards or reception staff

  • Building management

In some cases, shipments may also be marked as delivered slightly before final handover.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team immediately.

Important:
Kindly report such cases within 7 days from the delivery status update shown on the tracking page.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened during transit:

  • Take clear photographs of the packaging before opening

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number along with the images

Our team will review the issue and assist you further according to our policy guidelines.

Can I change my delivery address after shipment?

Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, delivery addresses usually cannot be modified.

In some cases, minor address adjustments may be possible directly through the courier partner, subject to their policies.

Why is my order split into multiple shipments?

Sometimes items from the same order may be shipped separately due to:

  • Product availability across warehouses

  • Different vendor locations

  • Pre-order items

  • Packaging and logistics optimization

You will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment wherever applicable.
