Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your Hopscotch account. Tap the order you'd like to track. Tap ‘Track’ for the product to know its whereabouts. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with tracking details. You can also track the package on our courier partner’s website by using the link mentioned in the SMS.

What is Pre-order?

Pre-order indicates that certain products can be booked ahead of being shipped by the vendor: this is the case with several of our international and domestic brands. With this nifty feature, we manage to offer you a wider array of products at prices that are far more competitive. The delivery time for pre-order can be found on the product page and may be anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks depending upon vendor location.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Estimated delivery date depends on the following factors: 1) The location of the brand offering the product 2) The pincode to which you want to ship the order you can check the expected delivery date of your order(s) at biglilpeople.com/orders section of your Biglilpeople account on the Website/Mobile site.

My order is delayed. When will I get it?

To check the new delivery date of your order, visit the ‘Orders’ page of your Biglilpeople account. Tap the order you'd like to track. Tap ‘Track’ for the product to know its whereabouts.

Why can't I track my order even though it has been shipped?

Courier services usually take up to 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it's been shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time.

Can I get my orders delivered at a specific time?

Please coordinate with the courier executive delivering your order to see if this is possible. Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you via SMS /Call. You can also provide your delivery feedback / reattempt request by clicking on the TRACK option provided against the order under your account. Total of 3 attempts will be made, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center and your refund will be reversed to your bank account if paid Online. Unfortunately we cannot redeliver the same shipment. If you wish, you can re-order the same or similar item depending on the stock availability.

My order status shows 'Out for Delivery', but I haven’t gotten it yet. When will I get it?

Our courier partner will contact you for delivery of your order. Please keep checking your SMS for more details.

What are the shipping charges?

You can check your shipping fee in the Order Summary section of the Cart page. You will also be notified, on the Cart page, of the minimum order value above which you​can​get free shipping.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we only deliver within India at the moment. But, we are working towards making our products available to other countries as well.

Can I accept the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per our policy, the order can't be opened before the delivery is accepted. But you can accept the order and get in touch with us later, in case you have any concerns.

The courier company has taken my order back to your fulfillment center?

Please note shipment our returned back to our fulfilment center due to below reasons:

The package is damaged in transit

The delivery is refused by the recipient

The address given is incorrect. Always check your address before placing an order.

No one is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts. Unfortunately we cannot re-deliver an order which is returned back to our fulfillment center. If payment is already made, a full refund will be processed into the original payment source within 7 business days. We will send you email confirmation once done. Be rest assured your money is safe with us. You can re-order the same or similar item depending on the stock availability.

My Order shows as delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered or you have received an SMS regarding delivery confirmation but you haven't received it. See if any of your neighbours/friends/relatives/house owner/security guard has collected your product on your behalf. Wait until the end of the day— sometimes packages can show as delivered while still in transit. In the unlikely event of you still not being able to locate your item, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
